For the current style of activation seen here, you can follow the steps below to trigger the manual activation process if it does not automatically come up for you:
This process will only work for an email/password activation. After entering the email and password by clicking here
click somewhere else on the form (basically remove focus from the text boxes) and hit Shift and the "~" key. That should bring up the offline activation without trying a regular activation first. Follow the instructions from that point on. If you have trouble submitting your .req file on the website, please attach it to your support email using the link below.
